Returns Policy
These terms and conditions apply from 1/1/2009
1. Shipping
In the rare case that an order we have sent to you is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the lost items at your preference, provided you cooperate fully with our efforts to claim for the loss from third parties. This may involve you having to complete forms and/or sign statements of non-receipt of goods For goods that are faulty you must inform us within 14 days, these goods can be replaced or a refund issued. Lost or undelivered goods must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase, after this period we cannot be held responsible for the said loss. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer in all cases. The "company" cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control. All goods are sent 2 to 5 working days delivery method although this could take up to 10 working days in exceptional circumstances..
2. Return procedure
You must notify us within 14 working days from order of any problem with your order. You have 30 days from order if you wish to return goods in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please inform us of any goods you wish to return by completing the form on the reverse of your invoice and fax/email it to our customer Services Department.
